Best Companies for Hourly Workers

Corporate Voices and Working Mother are proud to introduce "Best Companies for Hourly Workers," which will honor companies dedicated to creating and using best practices to support hourly employees.

Winning companies will be feauted in an extensive editorial package to be published in the May 2010 issue of Working Mother and will also be invited toshare their success at an event to be held in New York. All companies that apply, including those that do not make the list, will recieve feedback showing how they compare against all applicants.

WHO CAN APPLY

Public or private for-profit companies are invited to apply, including companies, corporations, and autonomous subsidiaries that offer their own benefits program and report to their own CEO.

Applicants must also meet the following requirements:
1. Must have a minimum of 500 employees in the U.S.
2. Total U.S. employee base must total at least 50% hourly workers

DEADLINES

The survey will remain open to applicants until October 16, 2009.
